The company product is high quality. Company training, job security & career is good, but salary is not o.k for me. They are always supporting , how can safely in Covid -19 lockdown.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. I have work 10-12 hours in a day, but managers not value for my work( salary increase)

NALCO had a good atmosphere for working also have a good career growth.for freshers they provide not that much of salary but good enough to start.nalco also have a good teammate also they are very supportive.In NALCO u have gone through a different challenge in every inch of time so there is lot of experiences a one can get through.Especially for slow learner they are get familiar very fast because of the work environment and teammates.Nalco a good company for great future.

Dislikes

The dislike I want to reveal is that there is a very slow progress and also the salary/appraisal is not that up to the mark.One should have to wait for many years to get promoted.

Likes

1. They pay if you do exceptionally well. 2. Only old experienced managers/leads are good, eg. more than 7 years atleast. Rest new ones are sales driven and expecting unrealistic goals of 2025. 3. Women manager and some experienced leads give leaves easily. But new sales driven onces dont and indirectly scould.

Dislikes

1. New sales driven managers/lead/director sitting at desk job are micro-managing. 2. Work life balance is no more there. 3. Wrong goals set, asking for unrealistic goals. 4. New people/lead/director are formal and too rude to understand. A lot of rumours around. 5. No more safe, as they do ask to strech more than 14 hours now in 2025.

...t week-off. They told me to work 8hours. But when I joined it's 12hours regular. No overtime pay or weekend work pay.
