Place of learning, training with work life balance and job securities.under a sound work environment but the matter of carrer growth, salary/appraisal is confined and less satisfactory.

Dislikes

System of account, salary, Epf, Esi, compensation, rate of work and time is mismanaged need to control and rectify. Here Vertual is more effectively than practical because lack of trust on old one employee/experience in place of new one. Trust is based on ears not on eyes.

No any one go to work with Nalanda because no health insurance,no security about your accident,no PF generated, No Facilities available, salary not on Time it's to late sometime it's pay in 3 months.
