...n them please give my salary. There is no appraisal, don't expect the appraisal. They'll deduct the variable pay but after one year they'll won't pay this is biggest minus. If you work more than 8 hours they won't pay for that time.

This place is a nightmare. There is no salary for the work you do, and no job security at all. The worst part? Girls are constantly facing se*ual harassment from the managers, and no one does anything about it. The workplace has absolutely no professionalism and lacks any sense of humanity. You feel scared, vulnerable, and trapped. It's a toxic environment that will destroy your peace of mind. Stay away if you value yourself and your dignity.
