Company policies in the favor of company only. Job Security is zero, because even if company not have any project they can terminate you and also not allow you to join client's (onsite) roll just because its company policy.

Likes

The company is propriorities but still have a good culture for working environment. This is design service company. Good opportunities to learn various domain skill set. You can improve yourself here very well, you get a chance to communicate with your customers as well.

Dislikes

They do not provide any incentive for extra work hours done. Usually you get a chance compensate your leaves. This is service base company hence customers are very demanding. Even if you get some appreciations they play minor roles while appraisal. The basic is very less. There is no gratuity. They can cutdown the manpower without notice.
