Nainko exim is small scale industry and best company to learn lot of small concepts .I would like to suggest that to increase facilities to employees .work environment is very good with well maintained discipline.

There is lot of politics and management and salary is decent but career growth is slow and other issue

this company is good, working culture is good but facilitiy concern is poor like Canteen ,bus .Mediclaim.

Compensesation an d benifit is decent and growth is slow working hours is more than 12 hr.This are so tiredfull

There is environment of people not good. there is lot of politics and management is not good. career growth is slow.

I like nainko's culture.and the environment of this company is free.freedom is there about work.all my teammates were very helpful.and i learnt many things in that company.
