It is a small set up no field for students to play and no extra curricular activities so no extra duties for teachers.

Dislikes

It's the worst school I have ever worked for. They don't pay salary to any of their employees in May and June. They take security deposit from every staff which they don't return back. Very conservative atmosphere lot of politics goes on Principal is always sitting with her two favorites and instead of doing positive for the students and staff they keep plotting against them. You are not allowed to touch your phone throughout your stay in school premises. Teachers are narrow minded and do not talk probably because in the meetings they are instructed by the management not to talk to each other. Very very suffocating environment. They even use students in the politics to defame each other. I highly recommend not to join such pathetic environment.

This is a great experience as working as well as passing time with my team mates they all are from various sectors basically I faced teachers in Nainivalley school and I got a learning atmosphere which is always better for every struggle or practitioner ,some time money is not only need to us, we need some special atmosphere and guidance regarding our career or further plans of our life so I have a bunch of these all type of guidance and learning atmoshphere. This time I am happy with this job,but this is not an end, everybody wants better in his life.

Only I face time management problems when some extra work load.
