Management in operations is co-operative & caring, work atmosphere is quite comfortable & pleasant. The team handed over to me was quite efficient & company has so much to offer to its internal as well as external customers. Dislikes

Recruitment Process is terrible, it takes 4-5 months to get your appointment letter alongwith your Employee ID & CTC breakup, till that time you have to work off rolls & no statutory deductions like PF, Gratuity etc done till you get the appointment letter.

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
