I am working with Naidunia since last 6+ years and i have full liberty to drive brand Naidunia. We have a proper systems and processes in place for smooth execution. Team working resulted growth more than the market. We have bunch of old team creats more trust for the brand.

When management gives full liberty for working than there is no point of disliking anything.

Management in operations is co-operative & caring, work atmosphere is quite comfortable & pleasant. The team handed over to me was quite efficient & company has so much to offer to its internal as well as external customers. Company's vision & its implementation process is the stand out attribute in the distribution (circulation) system, that industry follows.

Dislikes

Recruitment Process is terrible, it takes 4-5 months to get your appointment letter alongwith your Employee ID & CTC breakup, till that time you have to work off rolls & no statutory deductions like PF, Gratuity etc done till you get the appointment letter.
