... organisation ever. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. They harras and torture employees. They might offer very high salary but do not join. They are offering high salary because no one is ready to join them. The salary is comes 20 to 25 days late. The chairman is illiterate and unprofessional and tortures employees for no reason. They do not respect any professional person as the chairman himself is completely unprofessional. If you met with any accident, this Nahar company will erase all your details from company... No salary increment for 2 consecutive years in COVID... No increment policy is used...all decisions are taken by randomly...by higher authorities... No proper take care and maintenance of machines...
