Somewhere in the department, people encourage us to move forward.And after joining here, I have learned a lot that how much struggle is needed to learn and become something in life.

Dislikes

The most dirty thing is that you don't have any timetable to leave but the time to come is fixed and some management is not good, rest of the others are fine.
