On the behalf of performance they can do politics and fire subordinate, no hr policy nothing implemented there. There is no sense of coc. Such a pathetic place to work.

Work Culture and work life balance is very good, always there is a chance to learn new technologies.

As of now nothing , but management can think about the pay structure, its not up to the market standards.

Nothing cultureless and no professional standards because of unskilled management and policies .underqualified people become managers directors etc
