Dislikes

Trend of Compensation is a bit complex over here. The criteria for upscale financial growth is slow. Lack of appreciation is another issue which should be done at administrative level. Some processes are time consuming which could be improvised upon. Opportunities to explore and attend trainings is at a slow pace.
