Salary is so less that you can't survive in Gurgaon area. Have to change their workculuture and learn to respect each other in their respective workplace. As a supervisor post they are providing 9k how would you live in that salary.

HODs & Plant Head San are very Supportive, Opportunities to Learn, Implement Learnings & Take Accountability, Skill Upgradation Programs are Very Frequent

Dislikes

Appraisal & Promotions gets Delayed (However Arrears are provided), Incentives are very less and deducted from your salary Part, Average Salary is much less than competitive organisations

May be just more focus on future expansions. Long Delayed in appraisals. No decision taking authority to plant level. Area congestion.
