On time salary. Motivation to learning. Work from home or hybrid work culture.

Dislikes

Too many variables in salary structure. Very low appraisal after postponing it for 6 months. HRs are not supportive. Some project leads/ teams are partial and too much internal politics. No job security as silent layoffs are happening for over more than a year.

Delivery Person is one of the worst part in my story, my delivery manager is ( sayd aftab ) the perfect example of dictator. Everything Need to Approved by your DM. even after working in rotational shift, on festivals on every Sat or Sunday he will never apricate you. and they forgot to appricate their employees and worst part every HR come to you and Just explain this Need to Approve by DM and this is our policy. Don't Join get a new offer from somewhere else.

Culture is awesome. Everyone is helpful, you can easily find people with common interests and can ask for help. You can find pool of talented people out here. Company always encourage to become a person who knows more than just coding. There are projects who are using cutting edge technologies.

Dislikes

Not happy with the salary even when I delivered a great amount of work. But its just a personal issue, there are people who get good packages.

...y it was good but not any more. Laying off multiple candidate with lame excuses. Low salary for entry level employee.

WLB is great if you are in a good project. Tech Stack is good based on project. Learning Opportunities. Remote 100%

Dislikes

Salary Bad for experienced people. although good for freshers. Very rarely they would ask you to work on Saturday (This depend highly on team and project)
