Middle Management Beurocratic mindset No process outlay and very lament approach when execution required. Few are working very hard and others are like parasites feeding upon their work. Process differs as per the convenience of Middle management.

No transparent appraisal process HR has no power You can not change your project easily if you face genuine issues No stand of DMs against customer,they will say yes to everything what client has asked to do even if it is unrealistic

There are many platforms for continuous learning, depending on your career track and interest. Internal processes are too informal and cluttered for a manager to work. But that is not impacting anything on day to day work or compensation
