I won't recommend this company at the moment due to its poor work life balance. There is no salary increase with promotions, despite undergoing serval rounds of interview as if the employee changing the entire company, Annual increments are always delayed with excuses and promotions are consistently delayed , resulting in unfair increments even with excellent client feedback. When you raise issue with HR regarding that , they often dismiss them claiming project isn't providing funds and they won't take any initiative as they intact nothing would change in increments as discussion regarding compensation is just a formality Honestly, Nagarro Performance has declined with the time in terms of work culture , increments , promotions

Nagarro is great in terms of salary and learning compared to other MNC companies

Dislikes

In some projects, WLB hurts but there are many great projects. Job security is not that great if there are no projects for your technology they can fire you in 2-3 months for higher salaried employees.

- Mostly client oriented - Annual salary hike is like any product based company

- Work life balance depends on the client's side, Nagarro has nothing to do with it. - During appraisal time you would realise that you are working for Nagarro and not for Client's company

Delivery Person is one of the worst part in my story, my delivery manager is ( sayd aftab ) the perfect example of dictator. Everything Need to Approved by your DM. even after working in rotational shift, on festivals on every Sat or Sunday he will never apricate you. and they forgot to appricate their employees and worst part every HR come to you and Just explain this Need to Approve by DM and this is our policy. Don't Join get a new offer from somewhere else.

Working at Nagarro is quiet good, the work culture when I started was quiet good. Work from anywhere concept is a boon for many of colleagues working here.

...anization and devalue you, which is not acceptable. Never let go off your value. Salary and appraisal may be affected as other organizations based on favoritism. Politics within team may hamper overall organization and try to have transparency. Once, you start working to complete your work though deadline is not ideal they take it for granted and tell you in heavy voice like did you say you didn't want to work beyond, hello I have already surpassed my working hours and just to make your unrealistic deadline I'm working long hours. Do respect and don't bully. Health insurance is in your salary and if you want to cover parents, more you need to pay.
