Here we are working under Mecon on contractual basis for 3 years. After 3 years may be contract extended. Mecon will give only medical insurance to working person not family as of now no any medical card issued by Mecon and amount not disclosed for medical insurance purposes.Two things are main problem i have noticed 1. Mecon transferring any other departments without interest of employees as experience in operations and transferred to other sections which employee has don't have any experience which is ridiculous. 2.Gst problem :you have to generate invoice and submit to HR/IR .you have to also contact to CA for GST return.
