I really dont like nagarjuna hospital....i was deeply hurted when i was working thereas duty medical officer...no minimum respect was given...excessive work pressure to duty doctor as well as nursing staff...DR.Srilakshmi is double game type lady..she was very rude to me and hurted me a lot...she used to talk in such a way that we will feel soo low,deceived and depressed...i havent seen such a doctor, talking like that in such a way how i have faced...i hate her.....instead DR.jaganmohan sir very good ..he gives respect to everyone..i like the way he talks and gives respect to staff and patients. And i will never ever work in nagarjuna hospital for my lifetime nor refer any patient there..

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
