Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of ateam tha market reliable,high-quality products.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes,I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night.

excellent working together among the the teammates ,we learn lot of awareness and buildup the promotional and improvement work culture and in our rural farming community .

am not getting the salary regularly by month ending

...and increments are not good .The worst thing for freshers is bond with 5 years .This bond spoils so many people life oventhough they are not providing good salary we have to pay overall CTC to break bond .
