Good relationship with all the team mates. Easy learning of various activities can be attained. Work environment is also nice in the project which i had worked, but it mainly depends on the project incharge.

Carrer growth was slow as the compensation provided was less comparative to the other companies and the increments provided will be nominal.

Working culture, working Time, Senior staff Behaviour toward Junior, 100 percent they fair you after 5 to 8 months they only hair staff for few months only after that they looking for new one same goes one.

NCC is the best things to happened to me, I think the best thing I can learn in ncc leadership skills. At a younge age I get an opportunity to interact with officers, I learn take order and get the things done from our members. I think the time I spend in ncc improve our personality.

Basically there are two things missing in this question. Like and dislike sorry to say that division you choose to work. department you belong to. Also decide if you want to work in ncc.

Involvement of few close relatives to operating system with zero accountability

They have skilled Govt. Projects so you have opportunities for learning for semi skilled engineers. But company have no skilled Sr. Persons. Company site Incharges only south indians and maximum Incharge do the partiality with others state employees. I have suffered and my and observed.....NCC is good company but company is better for only south indians employees . But All south Indians employees not bad some are bad ....
