Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

No Development or Progress in Work Ethics. Boss has no idea on how to operate a Business. Gas Agency that has been lacking for 10 years on delivery procedure for customers. Staff in minimum man power and minimum salary. Boss doesn't attend company calls or meets both online and offline even during emergencies. No chance to improve your career as you learn nothing just an update to resume.
