Office staff and factory staff handle with different management .new joining staffs small experience in our company but high salary, 5 years and more experience in this company staffs low salary.

There is no fixed policy and over politics and they believe and give more salary whoever not working in the company. They give less salary for good working people. Also they are not keeping good people in their company.

Yuva and chandru bhai relationship is affecting work environment. Chandru bhai is helping her in personal life also that is not problem but he is helping in the official thing its not good, @Riaz sir need to take action against her. Because 6month for work from residing area is not encourage due to she married in madurai Till now she in ther around 7 month gone.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
