Site engineer 100% responsible for site without any compensation.project delay to complete in schedule time due to material,engineering ,sales and manpower All the blame come to site team.Working hour is as per client time 10 hour /daywithout any benefit and overtime.

- Here the salary & compensation is far below from industry/market standards. Salary/savings are same as Indian market while there is a huge difference in living cost & standard. - People referred by existing employees gets the job here in most of the cases. - They provide air tickets once in 2 year, while other companies provides better benefits in UAE.
