Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Our company is always taking very good GMP in production from past but now due to covid19 three times more GMP implemented in all aspects of employees I feel proud to work in NADEC 🤗🤗😍

This is the central Government Research Organisation under Indian Council Of Agriculture Research Centre. I am the part of the research team as Senior Research Fellow. the organisation is open for innovation and really adopts latest scientific technology like Real Time PCR, Histopathology, Spectrophotometer, flow cytometry, Gel doc. electrophoresis, bacteriology, cell culture, molecular biology, immunology and u can learn lots of techniques here..also onsite travel abroad. My colleagues come from various backgrounds; biochemistry, biotechnology, microbiology, Fisheries, Veterinary. some international projects going on with the collaboration with the foreign universities.
