I've faced no issues upto date. My Colleagues and Seniors are very amicable to any issues I've faced till date.

You can't have weekends, holidays and you can't celebrate festival too. You have to work with out concern of your family and festivals. You have attend the call, reply to the message and work all the time. You can not have personal life and emergency situation.

Need to work irrespective of holidays and the management expect the same to work like bonded labourer. Employees are treated fair, only in corporate and registered office and considered for promotion appraisals. Employees at Regional office are treated very badly by management. Overnight policies are created and never shared with employees. KPIs on and off record are different.
