I was enjoying my work here as I got opportunity to meet Senior officials of Government Departments of ITI,s Polytechnic, Universities etc. I love to interact with new peoples so this helps me for the same.

It was good in initial time but after the last year management change they always take advantage of employees of their personal and financial problem and paid a less salary to their lower group of employees .Work satisfaction and culture, salary and benefits, promotion and appraisal, job security is the worst here.

The efforts by Naandi foundation for the betterment of the students. Available everytime for the faculty . Encourage faculty to give their best and trained them .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... so called TTT, Mrs sushmita madam are there, are big time ° but use less. Only TTT but no work, so guys what even salary they will promise that Will be for once in a six month only. Be care full. No more benefit from there ! Even if you go out side for project no allowance, You have to do your own woth your payment only, like hotel rent, food, internet etc. So like if one project they will pay 8k, yoi have to spend 4k for your expense.so you will earn 3-4k only in a months. So guys very carefull before join and receive any assingment. Thank you

I am happy to state that i was the part of Naandi foundation. The project which has been arranged for girls, that really helped them. Me as trainer, i used to gives life skill training to the underpreviledge girls, abd our aim is building their confidence. my colleagues are helpful and me worked happily in collaboration

Apart from salary, i did not have compensation and benefits. There was no job security, rather slow growth in career.
