... doesn’t address our issues because our issues not at all get reached to them. Salary is decent but no career growth. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. recruitment is done as permanent employees but no job security.

They even didn't think about the employees, when they lost the project they have been send all employees to home without any intimation and even compensate , They knew that they are hired only for showing manpower and to get the billing and all.. If that is the Cass why should they hire us .
Finally they played with employees carrier.

Job security was not there and lot of internal politics , CEO was doing good, took care of employees in pandemic and no delay in salaries even in pandemic situations,
HR management was worst, they don't respond to employees... no communication at all and didn't look after employees health at pandemic time, HR team didn't even enquired about employees situation in Pandemic.. money minded, we had to go to office in pandemic as well , Work satisfaction was not there, no job security and Career growth is mystery number here.. only one project was there and finally lost that also due to incapable management and internal issues
Nothing to like because they promised us one but when came to implementations it was another

No information about termination and improper answers from HR and also conveying wrong information to ceo
I joined as permanent employee but no job security salary also less when compared with contract employees
Learning, Good for people who are ready to take challenges instead of working on only assigned work. N2K will give opportunity to stretch arms and working on other areas instead of only core skill.
