This is a fraud company, do not join anyone for employment, they do not have any proper engineer they like to work only with iti and deploma peoples, the manager here is from ME and trying to become automation expert even though he has no basic knowledge about Instrumentation.

You will learn alot about Field Instruments and will get better knowledge of Field Instruments like PT, PS, TE, LG, LS, FS, FM, UFM etc. For Fresher, it is good place to learn, but do not sign the bond of 2yr, learn and leave in 9-10month. Owner Mr. Nitin Kelkar has very good knowledge of Instrument item Installation & Commissioning and very well known with its Deviations

...tions, the chance of getting orders is only 5%. Working culture is very tough. I had gone on leave for 10 days to my hometown, owner has not credited my salary, he has told he will credit my salary after returning from home in next month, but upto that month I got very much frustrated so I left that. There is no SL, PL, CL, Time Concession etc.

The thing I like least My job Is the Limited opportunities to advance and promoted in the company . It is a great organization and I have learned a lot here.
