Office colleagues are good.

Dislikes

No fixed salary date( can extend upto 20th of the month for the previous month salary. Bonus are been deducted No PF and health insurance. Bad language by owner and environment not hygienic specially for nature calls. Don't put into trap of good words by management while joining. No work no pay policy over there.

Most of the existing staff (Not all of them)those whoe are working from long years back, they are just making the woner full...they just sit on HOD level and completely failure to manage the operations.They are just trying to make their pockets full.
