The office has more article assistants than required. Although in the peak seasons, everyone faces pressure, in the off season, this results in leisure time. There's a healthy camaraderie amongst the assistants and it provides an alternate source of motivation to come to office.

Dislikes

There's a lot of favouritism that you'll witness, during your time over here. And in some cases, you're considered an expert and that you should know everything. With a lot of self discipline and hardwork, this maybe a suitable environment to work, but otherwise, which is how it is in most cases, it isn't healthy. There's a lot of scope to learn, but few people with the patience to teach.

Dislikes

Lots of favouritism. Some people will be favoured more than the rest of the Staffs. Highly underpaid. High politics. work culture very poor. Superiors not interested in teaching. Working environment harsh. By-passing of hierarchy. Overall not a very conducive environment/ culture to work.
