No double pay or hourly pay for "OT, Can't take leave for more than 2 days.

Salary increment is very low. Salary increment not based on performance. Everybody get same increment last three years their increment is 800rs, 900rs and now 1200

Desk work / office work you can't even think of growing your knowledge as well as they won't let you know a single word. No matter how hard you work they would always find a way to degrade you.

Work life balance is poor, In my experience i stayed in company from Monday to Friday continuously.

HR policies. Because there is no policy at all. Whatever HR head and koreans want to implement as rule , they will proceed with that decisions.
