The cons outweigh the likes because of toxic culture created by one person in higher management.

Dislikes

As a new hire, I had high hopes working for Mytri Aviation, but only one person in higher management creating toxic politics which ruined everything. He shows partiality, always insults, and creates a toxic environment. Because of this I became very stressful, many people are leaving only because of this.
