It's a owner driven company and nothing is professionally run, it's worst than a baniya company, there is no meaning of process, HR or policies everything changes according to the convenience of the management. They are the most corrupt.

The company is open to innovation and deadly adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client location

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high

Even though we have a positive COVID case in the company, we are not given an option to Work from home, there is no necessity to come to office but we are not given flexible option

The work culture is very bad. There are no opportunities for growth and the management is terrible. There are high politics where that will hinder your growth and learning not a good place to work. There are many instances where people are asked to leave on the same day.
