Nothing challenging or any scope for learning. Most of the top management were less educated and they feel like they are the kings. So they rule like employees are their helpers. Appraiser or Increments are also not as per work. It's depends upon your referencer while coming to the company. Won't give proper material or contractor bills on time but asks for timely completion of work

Young guys are in Head office as maintenance heads, very experienced maintenance persons are at mines site, those who are in HO, those are not technically strong, due to this reason well experience and technically sound candidates not standing in this company. And there is no proper communication to MD sir, by HO technical people, and purchasing all local non genuine parts, due to this machineries life will be very less compared to genuine parts.

Seniors working at site ,very juniors are working at office, non technical no qualified persons working as project manager,and project incharge posts ,and technical and qualified people working under these people,no good facilities, very worst food,

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.etc maintenance
