...Anytime they can give you final notice, Upper management did not value for work. Salary hike is very poor. Lack of Foresight in Managers. So I always suggest, did not work here in future.

Work culture and people in the company are friendly unless you have an attitude problem.

...sals and promotions are very bad. Women get a lot of undue advantage and favors. Policies change all the time according to their will which is nothing but a way to deduct money from your pay. Company doesn't provide laptop you have to use your personal laptop and they don't even provide allowance for that.

Everything is horrible the managers have no idea how to handle the team and supervisors don’t know their actual work but they handle skill based executives. They know how to create problems for executives. Horrible experience

...ey are doing. They try to experiment something and fail miserably every time. Salary- the management is like they are paying from their pocket. They get all the benefits and perks of work from home but asks the employees for work from office. Hike- no matter how much you work or how good you work you are not going to get good hike unless you are management’s favourite and to be their favourite you have to say yes to every stupid decision they make and if you question anything you are a communist. HR- this is just a gimmick. HR has no idea what she is doing. Whatever the management feeds her she just puts out in front of the employees. Even the email she writes is also modified by the management. Policies- they change the policies everyday, and if you dare to question that you are in trouble Favouritism- anyone in MyTasker can write a thesis about it. If I start then it won’t end for a while. So to keep it short if you stay in bhawanipore and you have a specific friend from the management you will get all the benefits.
