There is no salary hike even if you are capable of getting a hike the hrs always refused to do by saying that there is no budget for this position

Teammates are good. Good place for people who play politics and get paid heavily.

...hieve their goals. HR department was pathetic. Work life balance is pathetic. During COVID19 pandemic company laid off employees without giving compensation. In one word lack of Top Level Leadership.

The founder is very knowledgeable about the industry and current player's pain points in this space. It is a good place to learn about the nuances and intricacies of the travel industry theoretically.

Dislikes

Execution is the major problem here. There are companies where the goals will change during a year but here not just the goal or goal post but the entire game will change. It would be fun initially to work on new and exciting projects according to the mood of the founder but in the longer run. You realize none of what we are working on was built properly or delivered to bring joy to the users which is evident from our client interactions and business performance but hey who cares when your boss doesn't question, right? It's mixed feelings for me but I wouldn't let my loved ones near here only because of the mood swings of the people at the apex.

Team mates are good but they are not at all borther about their Employees. They are calling people forcefully and doing work from office in this Pendamic situation

It's a beautiful place to work and learn. It's like a multistore for travel industry knowledge enhancement as you get to work with multiple tools and clients across the globe. I love working here and it's really amazing.

Still looking for the one answer but it's getting better each day, so, not so soon.
