- Initial Salary is good but appraisals not upto market standards. - Promotions are very biased and based on politics at least in my departments. - Do not join Cloud Platform Engineering, other departments(SF and SCM) are still better regarding promotions and appraisals. - No proper planning and repetitive work in CPE.

Work culture and job security

Bad compensation, no salary correction, HR only talks about solving problems, everyday is a sale, some managers are too bossy. Won't recommend this company unless you're too desperate for a job.

The office is fancy. But with the amount of work they give you there's no time to even leave your desk.

No.job security. Most people were hired on contractual basis. Horrible pay and have to work on Saturdays sometimes with no overtime pay.

Only free food/lunch benefit was good. Apart from that, I like nothing. I wasted my few years there which I will never get back in my life.

...ail to me with a few harsh statements. These types of people will reach nowhere. Being in a good position and earning a decent salary is not a real success. Thank God that I came out from that kind of environment and now I have a wonderful and very high salaried job. Here my manager does not allow me to work beyond 8 hours and I can work from anywhere. Flexible working time and all the nice people around me.

Scale of biz is good and exposure of dealing with big global brand partners

... culture and employee value is being determined simply by the hours putting in . Also pay is comparatively lesser for similar roles with same size.
