- Initial Salary is good but appraisals not upto market standards. - Promotions are very biased and based on politics at least in my departments. - Do not join Cloud Platform Engineering, other departments(SF and SCM) are still better regarding promotions and appraisals. - No proper planning and repetitive work in CPE.

Worst Salary. No Appraisals/growth. No weekends off. You will be judged basis weekends tasks as well. They will target you like anything. Politics at its best.
