Dislikes

1-There is huge difference in terms of Pay parity at same designation with same experience people will see a difference of 3-5L difference in CTC 2-Work life balance is bad. Company doesn’t hire as per requirements certain teams will have additional manpower of 2-3 people and certain team will have only 2-3 people to handle whole brand. That leads to a lot of work pressures.

Likes

The compensation structure is very clear. And HR communications are well structured.

Dislikes

The maternity policy is very good only on papers. Once the maternity period is over, you are removed from your present team, & not even informed or called back at office, & when you do go back & check for the situation, they allot you a job below your qualification & asked to report to juniors with 5 years less experience/ qualification, so that you yourself resign.

Scale of biz is good and exposure of dealing with big global brand partners

... culture and employee value is being determined simply by the hours putting in . Also pay is comparatively lesser for similar roles with same size.

- Good Work Life Balance - Good Colleagues and culture.

Dislikes

- Initial Salary is good but appraisals not upto market standards. - Promotions are very biased and based on politics at least in my departments. - Do not join Cloud Platform Engineering, other departments(SF and SCM) are still better regarding promotions and appraisals. - No proper planning and repetitive work in CPE.

Nothing to like. Just licking and growing concept.

Dislikes

Worst Salary. No Appraisals/growth. No weekends off. You will be judged basis weekends tasks as well. They will target you like anything. Politics at its best. Worst Charters to work Customer Team, Planning, Revenue and Growth. Only Manual tasks, Highly ops heavy. No growth Mindset. Bad days of myntra with current management.
