No structure or processes in place. Difference in standards of compensation. Politics of people at the top, deciding who gets what. Extremely slow/no response to grievances.

TL is very jealous and non-coperative to their colleagues.due to TL'S partial & overruule behaviour working environment is inconducive.Senior manager do not want to hear against TL.TL unnecessary harassed some members who is honest and dedicated to his work.

Theybhave given wfh very late. Apart from that they dont reimburse our money on time everything has to be managed bybour self's managers are also not supportive they just think about themselves whenever they needed our support we were there but when we needed their supports they just back step. Team leads are also hopeless they don't have any proper knowledge.

Dislikes

Less pay, no increment, no overtime, lack of management skills, no personal and professional growth.

...king for Mynd solution and have learned much in the time that I have spent here. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Job Securities is there. No one will bothers. Yours self skills will improve.

no team outings, Fun activities, Team bonus, somedays you have to work on weekends and more than your shift time and you will not get any OT for the same.
