Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Benefits like Salary and Reimbursement Work life balance.

Dislikes

Very poor management and leadership. Lack of leadership skills and they don't have any idea or knowledge about ground level scenario. Never providing guidance and support to the team. Don't have any prior experience of team handling for most of Regional and Area Managers. Politics at work place to survive and sustain theirs position. Best to avoid this organization.
