Company has created an awesome environment where each employee feels connected. Kudos to the country manager, Manoj Verma and last but not the least, the global general manager ( Manoj Tiwari Sir). Nothing is good about this company, it's better to stay jobless than torturing yourself to death by working in that hell. The worst management i have ever worked with, they do not even know how to create a working enviroment.

Dislikes

No training at all, no job security, they force you to do overtime without paying extra, force you to come on holidays and don't provide payouts or comp offs. worst company to work with.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
