The work culture is very robust and the management always encourages you to do better in all aspects. The perfect ratio of being strict when required along with a lot of flexibility is something I absolutely adore. The overall culture is extremely progressive. The senior coaches have a lot of knowledge and experience and the same is shared via planned sessions regularly which help in upgrading our knowledge and skills beyond just technical boundaries. The client centric approach with complete personalization and focus on both physical and mental health of a client is amazing and has given a new perspective to health. It's highly motivating to see the CEO and COO wholly involved in all the activities and planning things with such precision. I consider myself extremely lucky to be a part of the organisation.

I have been here since June 2021 And having worked in some fantastic companies in the past and having experienced their leadership, growth etc, I can safely say that PAMG Healthybuddy is truly a employee centric company. The company truly cares for your overall growth - Professionally and Personally. The CEO, CFO and CCO and our leads and managers are all always looking out for ways to enhance the value they can provide to the clients and the primary approach is to MAKE SURE they deliver immense value to us as employees. The only thing expected from us is to be a TEAM PLAYER (which is also one of the values of the company).

Well, its very difficult to express my joy and satisfaction with work here in very few words. I have always wanted to be a part of Health and Fitness Industry with a work life balance and here I am after putting in 4 years of effort to find the right place. This is a growing organization and a very healthy eco-system to work at.
