New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Work culture is not terrible, Graphic designer team lead RAHUL HANS is a worst guy. He was trying to do personal attack, giving threaten without any reason. if I ask to other designers about this, they all said he is like that only if we disagree with anything, he will start threatening with no reason that’s why we do whatever he likes, we listen all his bad words. if you want to work her you have to listen him.
