The company lied about their present situation which is soon they are going bank reputed Also TL and managers ask you to wait back for their own backlog If you deny they will ask you to leave the compmay

This is such a poor management company. The biggest mistake of brand is they hired another brand's founder as CBO. RAHUL MITTAL who is CBO is such an egoistic and arrogant person. He only looks for female for favor. No value of work and ethics they really looks for. HR head SONAM is femenist and too cheap. She keeps herself clean and puts blame on others. If a male complaint about female employee then also she take her side, even if the female employee is doing wrong. HR dont bother to take care of their emplyees. No job security, they can kick you at any time.

My Team/ Colleague are supportive and good.

Dislikes

I didnt feel like I am working in a corporate office. Feels like working like a robot. We have Restricted Holidays but we can not use them on the same date, What's the point if we can't celebrate the festival on the same day, there are such policies needs to be change.

Since its a startup there are alot of opportunities to learn new things, if you show interest in something you might get chance to work on it

currently alot of job unsecurity is there since many people have been removed due to funding issue for the startup

They have a great office in Mumbai and that is the only thing which is better.

Dislikes

Job security, no projects, no hikes, no management, no top-to-bottom hierarchy, you will have only one person for everything, top management always insults freshers.
