Frankly speaking you need to be very cold hearted person if you want to work here because they company is somewhere good to employees not fully but they totally don't care about their customers or candidate. Your candidate will suffer because of you only so if you are the person who keeps him first before ethics also then it's a good place for you. Keep your ethics in your pockets if you're working here.

Simply speaking you have to be fraudster while meeting a client , if you have a talent to cheat people Alas! This is your place . Please make sure about it and make the move . It will break you emotionally a lot .
