I have joined in this company on 11 April 2017. It was my 3rd project to mobilise from initial stage I set up all the machines and arrange their all the necessary thinks like guest house for staff, labour huts, etc. by my best potential. But when time to run up the project after two months rainy season started, due to that our work hampered, after rainy season we over come with it. Than work started flawless day and night. As per Staff member all are good ,but mostly are fresher's engineers but our project manager was experienced he gave us good guidance. I learnt lot of things. I advised to staff for next day planning, arrangements of necessary equipment and materials, labour arrangements, etc and resolved the issues regarding staff, labour's, co ordinate with H.O., So it was good experience for me.

Dislikes

It was good start, But due to rain two months their was no work progress, and Mostly engineers was fresher's so it takes to more time to understand things Our P.M. when he was frustrated he says I have raw hands. Project area was so sensitive so, we have to take extra care for that. One draw back was that H.O. staff took enough time to took any decisions. Over all it was good experience for me.
