Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Old employees doesn't accomodate new employee, junior level employee doesn't respect old employees, bullying of some old employees are being tolarated by senior managers, doesn't have job security and satisfaction

I think my wings pvt ltd one of best organisation among all in which i worked out in the sence of to do new better in existing good.Aslo very good platform to show my abilities and potential .While working with it i became perfect in all the field of automobiles
