Management plays mind games, constantly talking about "culture" but providing none. It’s not a healthy or productive environment.

Lots to learn and good exposure. Work culture is very good. work life balance is also maintained. chill environment.

The perks given are on the downside. No proper leave policy in the company. Appraisal and ctc is not offered much but is compensated with the culture perspectives.
