The company is open to all in one services like a money transfer recharge bill payment so many more services in this company/I love the fact that I am part of team that markets reliable and high quality products

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is high. Sometimes I have to work 8 hours straight in a days as I have attend client call in evening and sometimes late into night

MMPL has been a very good learning ground as a startup, the Management Team is open for us to make our own mistakes, learn from them and grow, which has helped increase our Practical Knowledge and also Organic Growth for the company.

Dislikes

As most of the organization of this size there are inherent issues, which if carefully looked upon by the Top Management would surely get resolved or else would become bottlenecks in near future.
